Marla'S Favorite Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
    3 1/2 oz. bottle Tiger Sauce
    Tony's Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Place brisket into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour Tiger Sauce on meat.
    Sprinkle all sides of brisket with Tony's seasoning. Bake covered with foil for 4 to 5 hours or until tender.
    Sauce may be thickened and served over rice.
