Fried Pork Chops In Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 to 6 pork chops
 
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans tomato or mushroom soup
Preparation
- 
                            Season and flour pork chops.
 
Brown on both sides good.
Pour excess grease off chops.
Then add tomato soup mixed with water; pour over chops.
Turn fire down and simmer for an hour.
The soup mixture is good over mashed potatoes too.
