Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
1 tsp. each: cinnamon, ginger and cloves
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix all together. Bake in two loaf pans, well greased and floured, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
