Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 (1 lb.) cans chili beans
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt the butter in a large skillet and brown the garlic, onion and ground beef.
Drain off excess fat and add tomatoes and chili beans.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
Fold in sour cream, add the spaghetti and mix well.
Pour into 2 quart casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
