Sweet N' Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork
    1/4 c. water
    2 1/2 c. (20 oz. can) pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can bamboo shoots, drained
    1/3 c. thinly sliced onion rings (optional)
    1 c. green and red pepper rings (optional)
Preparation
    Cut fat off pork and cut meat into bite size chunks.
    Stir-fry pork in a large skillet until browned and fully cooked with water. Simmering in a covered skillet about 60 minutes works best.
    Pork should be tender.
