Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 c. chopped canned tomatoes (undrained)
    1 c. mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. wild rice
    1 c. hot water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and mix together.
    In a large, greased baking dish, place mixture and top with grated cheese. Bake, covered, for 45 to 75 minutes until rice is cooked.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
