Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    1 fresh onion
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in large frypan.
    Slice zucchini thin. Add to onion.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 25 minutes on medium heat.
    Pour in buttered casserole.
    Top with sharp cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese melts.
