Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 green peppers
2 onions
3 carrots
10 c. ground zucchini
3 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
3 tsp. cornstarch, mixed with small amount of water to make a paste
Preparation

Bring mixture to a boil and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour into hot sterilized jars (pints) and seal.
Process in canner 10 minutes.
Great with meat!
