Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained (can be substituted with cubed ham)
    7 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    5 slices bread, broken into small pieces
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over the layers. Refrigerate overnight.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
