Frito Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large, firm tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1 can pinto beans, drained (Ranch Style)
1 bottle Catalina dressing
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag Fritos corn chips
Preparation

Marinate tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and pinto beans in Catalina dressing until ready to use.
Chop lettuce.
Grate the cheese.
Add the lettuce, Cheddar cheese and Fritos to the salad fixings about 30 minutes before serving.
