Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2-crust pie
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 large green tomatoes
Preparation
    Peel and slice the green tomatoes.
    Fill a lined pie pan with slices.
    Add remaining ingredients; top with crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
