Lefsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. kettle riced potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Peel, cook and rice the potatoes.
    Add 1/2 cup margarine while the potatoes are hot.
    Chill overnight or several hours in the refrigerator.
