Carrot Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1 large onion, sliced and separated
    1 bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots (not mushy).
    Drain.
    Add onion and bell pepper. Combine soup, oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour hot mixture over carrot mixture.
    Let marinate for several hours.
    This will keep in the refrigerator for at least a week.
