Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Cut potatoes in bite-size chunks.
Mix all ingredients with potatoes in plastic bag and shake until all are coated.
Pour into Pyrex dish and bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
May garnish with parsley.
