Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    4 Tbsp. sugar (rounded)
Preparation
    Mix and
    cook in double boiler.
    Start with cold water. This is usually
    done when it coats a spoon, about 30 minutes. Beaten egg whites
    can
    be
    folded
    in just before serving, if desired.
