To Prepare Fish(Easy Way, Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh dover sole or 1 lb. orange roughy (or how much you need)
Preparation
    Put a little melted butter in cake pan on top of aluminum foil (saves cleaning pan).
    Place fish then a little melted butter on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour until crisp and brown on edges.
    Serve with french fries.
