Amazin' Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour, unsifted
2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise (no substitutes)
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cloves
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix first 10 ingredients at low speed. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool in pan. Remove and frost.
