Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine until lightly browned.
    Remove from pan.
    Dredge the meat in flour.
    Cook in remaining margarine until meat starts to brown.
    Add the broth, ketchup and garlic powder.
    Cook until meat is tender and broth is reduced.
    Return the mushrooms to the pan.
    Just before serving, add the sour cream.
