Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 small pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 stick softened butter
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

For the filling, mix together milk, lemon juice and cream cheese, blending well.
For the crust, blend crackers, butter and sugar.
Press into pie pan.
Pour filling into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
