Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 servings steak (2 lb.), cut 1/2-inch thick
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, grated
    2 tsp. ginger, grated
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix preceding ingredients well. Marinate meat in mixture for a least an hour. Broil meat over charcoal or in oven until desired doneness, turning once. Slice across the grain.
