Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
grated rind and juice of 2 oranges and 2 lemons
1 box 4x sugar

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Bake in tiny muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove cakes, while still hot, dip in mixture of rind, juice and sugar.
Place on wire racks over wax paper to catch drips.
Makes approximately 72.
