Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
5 apples, cut fine
4 unbeaten eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix together sugar and apples; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Grease tube pan.
Start with a layer of batter, then apples and continue until both mixtures are used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
