Rice Cake (New Year'S Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Glutinous rice flour
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
    Use electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, then change to high speed for another 2 minutes. Put the rice paste mixture into the baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Bake in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Test for doneness with a toothpick.
