Tuna Tidbits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. flour
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. drained juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    If there is not enough juice from fish, add water to make 1/4 cup.
    Beat egg.
    Stir in
    tuna and salt.
    Stir with a fork.
    Mix liquid with baking powder; stir into fish mixture.
    Using 2 iced teaspoons, drop small bits into hot deep fat.
    The tidbits will be lacy.
    Brown one side; turn and brown other side.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Takes about 2 to 5 minutes to cook.
    Serve hot.
