Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 to 4 stalks celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    milk
    1 stick margarine
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients and cover with water, adding salt to taste.
    Boil until vegetables are tender and pour off water. Cover with milk, adding margarine and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, watching carefully to prevent sticking.
    Mix a paste of water and flour; add to potato mixture.
    Add slowly and cook until desired thickness.
