Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    2 qt. cleaned carrots
    2 qt. corn, cut from cob
    4 qt. cabbage
    2 qt. celery
    2 qt. green beans
    2 qt. yellow beans
    2 qt. lima beans
    2 qt. turnips
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Mix and cook good for 1 hour, then can.
    When ready to use, add onions, potatoes and/or meat.
