Salmon Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 g can salmon
    1 packet dried onion soup
    milk and water
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    90 g grated tasty cheese
    chopped parsley
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Make up soup with milk and water according to directions on the packet.
    Add bread crumbs and leave to cool.
    Mix in cheese, parsley and salmon.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and cover with the extra grated cheese and sliced hard-boiled eggs. Dot with butter and place in a moderate oven (375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0) until brown. Delicious as a lunch dish.
