Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. cornbread crumbs
    8 slices white bread, cubed and toasted
    1 chicken, boiled in salted water with 1 stalk celery and slice of onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 tsp. ground sage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken until well done in salted water with a stalk of celery and slice of onion.
    Let chicken cook in broth; throw away celery and onion.
