Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole.
    Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour.
    Add milk gradually and cook over low heat until thickened.
    Remove from heat, add salt, cheese and mustard.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Pour over potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
