Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, diced
    4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. beef bouillon
    3 big potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chervil (optional)
Preparation
    Saute bacon in deep pan for 5 minutes.
    Add onions; saute another 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour, mixing well.
    Then add bouillon slowly, stirring constantly.
    Add potatoes and simmer 1 hour. Combine egg yolks and sour cream; stir into soup and simmer 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add parsley and chervil.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 6 servings.
