Beef And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 medium onion, cut in wedges
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. dumpling noodles
Preparation
    Slice beef across grain into thin strips.
    Heat in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, oil until hot; add beef and garlic. Cook until beef is browned.
    Add broccoli and onion.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat until boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.
