Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 small can tomato paste
Preparation

Brown the hamburger, onion, celery, sugar, salt and pepper. Drain grease and cool, then add cheese, spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
Will keep covered in refrigerator several days.
