Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. minced celery
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 lb. crab meat
2 c. half and half
salt
pepper
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter about 5 minutes until soft not brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Old Bay and parsley. Add milk and cream. Cook slowly until thick. Do not boil. Add crab meat.
Yields 10 to 11 cups.
