Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. tomato puree
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic until tender.
    Add flour.
    Blend.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
