Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
    1 c. chopped dates pitted
    1/2 c. toasted pecans or almonds
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1 Tbsp. brandy or rum
Preparation
    In bowl combine all ingredients except nuts.
    Beat at medium speed or until blended.
    Shape into a ball.
    Roll in toasted nuts, cover and refrigerate.
    Remove 1/2 hour before serving.
