Skillet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cubes beef bouillon
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together well.
    Place in a 9-inch skillet and press to within an inch of the edge.
    Cut 2 or 3 medium potatoes into wedges and place around the meat loaf.
    Cover and cook over low heat 30 to 40 minutes.
    When done, arrange 4 slices American cheese (cut crosswise into halves) on the meat loaf.
    Cover again just long enough for the cheese to start to melt.
    Serves 4 to 5.
