Dilled Baby Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (about 8) small red or white potatoes, washed and peeled around the center
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
Preparation

Combine the potatoes and water in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and cook on High for 6 to 9 minutes, or until tender, stirring once.
Let stand, covered, while cooking the fish.
Sprinkle with dill and serve.
