Cream Of Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped asparagus
    1 (14 oz.) can seasoned chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (.9 oz.) pkg. Knorr Hollandaise sauce mix
    2 c. half & half
    1 c. Mozzarella/Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine onion, asparagus, broth, water, and butter in a soup pot.
    Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
    Combine sauce mix with 1 cup half and half.
    Add to the soup and stir.
    Add remaining half and half and cheese.
    Continue cooking over low heat until cheese melts.
