Curried Fruit Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can cling peach halves
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple slices
    1 (No. 303) can pear halves
    5 to 6 maraschino cherries with stems
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Drain fruit and dry well on paper towel.
    Arrange in a 1 1/2-quart 8-inch square or 9-inch round casserole.
    Melt butter; blend in brown sugar and curry and spoon over fruit.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Serve warm. Especially good with ham, lamb and poultry.
