Stuffed Peppers #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Clean peppers; cut off tops and remove seeds.
    Boil in salt water for 5 minutes.
    Then cool in cold water; drain.
    While water is heating, brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain; add rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Stuff peppers with mixture, then top with ketchup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
