Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    5 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 c. whole milk (no substitute)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa
    and flour together.
    Add milk and egg slowly to first 4 ingredients so flour and cocoa will not lump.
    Cook in thick
    saucepan,
    or
    in
    double boiler, over low to medium heat. Stir
    to prevent scorching, until thick.
    Add margarine and vanilla.
    Pour
    into
    baked
    pie
    shell.
    Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip when serving.
