Hot Cross Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 packets RapidRise yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. currants
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.
    Heat milk, water and margarine until very warm and margarine is melted.
    Add hot mixture to dry ingredients and blend well.
    Slightly beat eggs and add.
    Beat well.
    Add enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Add more flour as needed for easier handling.
    Put dough on floured board and knead for about 10 minutes. Cover and let rise about 15 minutes.
    Shape into small round balls and place in greased pans.
    Cover with cloth.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Make indented cross on each with handle of knife.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
    When cool, frost crosses into indentations.
