Spinach Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. uncooked medium noodles (2 1/2 c.)
1 lb. ground turkey
15 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. light sour cream
3 Tbsp. skim milk
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
9 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large saucepan, cook noodles; drain. Rinse with hot water; set aside.
Brown turkey and drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, paste, sugar, basil, garlic powder, oregano and pepper.
Stir in noodles.
In medium bowl combine cheese, sour cream, milk and onion; beat until smooth.
Spoon 1/2 of noodle mixture in a 2-quart baking dish or 12 x 8-inch dish.
Top evenly with cheese mixture.
Spoon spinach evenly over cheese mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 8 servings.
