Nutty Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless chicken breast halves
    2 c. lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts, finely chopped
    1 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
    1 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/4 in. strips.
    Stir together peanuts and crumbs.
    Sir together peanut butter and next 3 ingredients, add chicken and toss to coat.
    Dredge chicken in crumb mixture; place on 2 greased 15X10 in. jelly roll pans.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; turn chicken over, and bake 5 to 10 more minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
