Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 egg
1 c. finely chopped apples
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. water or milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease round 9-inch pan.
Mix ingredients and beat for 30 seconds.
Stir in apples.
Spread batter in pan and sprinkle with topping.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
