Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine. Add frozen broccoli. Cook 5 to 6 minutes.
    Measure 1/2 cup rice.
    Cook. Add to broccoli mixture with soup, cheese and mushrooms.
    Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
