Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. Carnation milk
3 c. water
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 deep dish or 3 regular pie crusts
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and cocoa together real well.
Add milk and water.
Stir together good.
Add eggs and salt.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and with electric mixer, beat real good, adding margarine and vanilla as you beat.
Pour into baked pie shells.
