Apple Walnut Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

4 slices firm textured white bread
2 tsp. margarine, melted
2 medium apples, chopped
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. cold 2% low-fat milk
1/2 c. thawed frozen egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor sugar-free pudding mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
