Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. each: salt and baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 1/8 c. oil or applesauce
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp. each: vanilla and almond extract
Preparation
    Blend together first 3 ingredients.
    Beat together remaining ingredients.
    Add all at once to flour mixture.
    Stir just until blended.
    Fill well-greased muffins tins 2/3 full or makes 5 mini loaves or 2 loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for muffins, 45 minutes for mini loaves or 1 hour for loaves.
