Coconut Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. Pet milk or Carnation cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 block butter
    4 c. milk
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Soak bread in warm milk.
    (Mix until all bread is broken up.) I cut my slices in 1-inch squares with scissors; makes it easier. Gradually add Pet cream, almond extract and sugar to beaten egg yolks and 1 egg white.
    Add to bread and milk mixture, then add 1 1/2 cups coconut and butter.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
